Medicine is not only a science; it is also an art. It does not consist of compounding pills and plasters; it deals with the very processes of life, which must be understood before they may be guided

Conscious Integrative Medicine

Integrative medicine emphasizes the importance of self-healing and awareness as essential components of human health. By empowering individuals to take an active  role in their health, integrative medicine recognizes that self-healing and consciousness have a significant impact on one’s overall well-being.

Integrative medicine approach involves identification and resolution of the underlying causes of diseases, rather than simple treatment of the disease symptoms. This approach involves making necessary lifestyle changes, and learning of new habits of behavior. These new habits finally allow is to be more aware of our own thoughts and emotions, and to allow a deeper understanding of our bodies and overall health.

By combining conventional medical treatments with complementary therapies and self-care practices, integrative medicine deal with all aspects of body, mind, and soul, and provides an ultimate known pathway for healing.
